Her wonderful bedside manner and attention to detail make every appointment a great experience. I also suggest working with Olivia to fill your prescription and choose your next pair of glasses. She is extremely knowledgeable about the wide range of options and products available. Best of all, she’s not a salesperson — she’s a true professional who focuses on your needs, circumstances, and preferences.

I Would highly recommend Her, for your next visit with an Optometrist. - JBJames BurtOct 30, 20251.0This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The optometrist was great. They are on the higher end for what you would pay for glasses. I figured we were paying for the enhanced customer service. But this is where Progressive fell short. After our intial order my son lost his glasses. No problem we went back and paid full price again as loss is not covered under warranty. Waited 2 weeks.called the day after they were supposed to be in. The girl said she would check and call back. Crickets, no call I called back the next day and the next same answer. The following week I called and asked to speak to someone higher up. Explanation was they didn't know why they had not come in. No urgency or trying to get the glasses expedited. Waited 2 more weeks I called again for Progress because they never did say when or why they weren't in at first. Basically they didn't order them after taking my full payment. Again, expensive glasses over 400 bucks. Finally yesterday I called again mid week of the 4th week I was told a shipment came in they just needed to check and they would call me back. No call. I called back and the glasses had arrived. No apologies no sorry for the delay. I asked to speak to the office manager and she was not there just like the previous time I asked to speak to her. Long story short if you care about your glasses being on time or atleast about being updated if there are delays this is not the place to go, especially for the price.
