- JYJoanne Yingling2 days ago2.0I’ve been going to CVMC for years and one thing remains the same. The doctors and nurses are amazing and truly want to hear your concerns and make you better. The front staff, unfortunately, also remains the same. They are very contentious and think you’re there for a fight when there’s a disagreement. Today there was an obvious miscommunication, with emails and text messages to prove it, but instead they chose to speak to me argumentatively and believed what was in the system vs. what I was saying. Customer service, when you’re feeling like crap anyway, is a must in this industry. Some training could go a long way. I keep coming because of my doctor.

First of all, the convenience of Saturday appointments is a huge plus and made scheduling care so much easier for me. The waiting area is clean and welcoming, and the fish tank was such a nice, calming touch. The front desk staff was prompt, friendly, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in. The nurse, Aranya (apologies if misspelled), was incredibly kind and personable! She struck the perfect balance of being warm and talkative while still moving at a great pace, which I really appreciated. Since this was my first intake/check-up appointment, I was especially thankful for how thorough and unhurried my visit felt. The Physician Assistant, Maddie, was amazing! She took her time going through my medical history in a very professional way, but also spoke to me like we were old friends. That made me feel so comfortable and reassured, especially because I’ve felt rushed and dismissed by healthcare providers in the past. It was clear that she truly cared, and that meant everything to me! To top it all off, I had blood drawn afterward, and Jaquelyn got it right on the first try—I didn’t feel a thing! Given that my last few blood draws were pretty traumatic, this was such a refreshing and positive experience. She was kind, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. There are thousands of options out there when it comes to healthcare, and I am genuinely thankful that I landed at Copperview Medical Center. It feels like one less worry in my world. Thank you all for the excellent care—I’m so glad to be a patient here!

I took my daughter in for a medical evaluation and expressed my concern about her gross motor development. The pediatrician told me she would refer my daughter to a specialist. Fifteen days passed, and since they hadn't contacted me about the appointment, I decided to call to find out what was happening. I had to make more than five calls, spending up to 45 minutes on hold because no one could give me an efficient answer. After all that trouble and 15 days of waiting, they told me the doctor forgot to refer my daughter to the specialist. But the worst part is the reception staff—they're rude and lack professional ethics! I do not recommend this place!

I am very confident and trust Elizabeth with my life. She has been an absolute god send! She truly listens and cares about me and my well being. She is extremely knowledgeable,supportive, sincere and very reliable with responding promptly thru the patient portal. I work in the medical field and realize the importance of communication, empathy and sympathy. It is very rare to find both in a clink as a whole! I am very proud to be a patient of Cooperview!
