- UNUser NameJan 22, 20261.0I have never had such a terrible experience in the medical field. My appointment was when they opened and it took 25 minutes to check me in. The workers were up front talking not doing anything while the waiting room was full. They were laughing and all had 0 sensitivity training. They were insensitive, incompetent, and I seriously suggest a change in staff. Erica, my nurse, was the only positive part of this experience. She was great.

And she looked like barb from stranger things 🙂Knowing what to expect and being walked through the process helped it be a good experience for me. Thank you

I’ve also been told twice at planned parenthood I was pregnant when I wasn’t even sexually active..they should shut these down if this is how they’re run.
