  If you have no regard for time management this is the place for you. I waited 2 hours for an appointment that should have taken 30 minutes and when I asked how much longer is the wait they said another hour so I just left. I was almost late for class and havent eaten the entire day. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars i would.

  I made an appointment, took the day off work drove down there to find out they were closed. I call the next day and recognized the voice of the receptionist and i tell her what had happened. She says i dont see that you had an appointment. Seriously! I told her that she was the one who set it up. She gets a super snotty attitude and says Nope! I tell her ok. I need another appointment like asap. She books another appointment and its for like 2 weeks out. I double checked the date. She confirmed. Something told me that I should check the date. I looked at google and sure enough it is a scheduled closed day for them. So i call back, a different receptionist answers and i say hi. Can you please tell me when my appointment is, i forgot the date. Mind you, this is 15mins after i set it up. She checks and days you dont have an appointment. Are you freaking kidding me. I tell her that the other girl set me up for this specific date and she says ummm no, we arent even open on Monday. Why a would she do that. At this point im ready to cry. I hang up and call wasatch womans center and im venting to their receptionist about the issues and she say. You are not.the first person to tell me this. Seriously. Planned parenthood, your receptionist needs to be fired! Im 99% sure its the same girl as the one on the recording when you call the office.
