- AXABC XYZNov 17, 20255.0I have used Concentra for years as a travel nurse this Concentra on Redwood Drive in Salt Lake City Utah is the best I've ever worked with over the many years. The customer service is exceptional and everyone is vested with every transaction whether it be on a phone, tracking down information and/or executing testing tasks. I have never had such phenomenal service from a Healthcare facility in my entire career! This Concentra needs to be the standard for every other Concentra. If other concentras conducted themselves the way they do it this particular one all travel nurses everywhere would make this their primary and only facility for testing because we do get to pick the facilities! The clinical manager definitely leads this incredible level of Excellence! It is obvious her team follows her example. She is a tremendous leader and educator with loyalty and kindness which is contagious throughout her team!

I was told that another file was put in front of mine and I was forgotten about. It took me over 4 hours to complete a physical. Not anywhere near acceptable. The service once seen was fine.
