He is friendly, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond for his patients. When my husband’s parents were visiting from out of town and experienced sudden tooth pain, Dr. Kayne made time to see them right away and took great care of them. He also went the extra mile to coordinate sending dental parts to Canada for our daughter who’s attending college there. His entire staff is always warm, accommodating, and efficient. Appointments run on time and smoothly. I highly recommend Red Canyon Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist.

- EOEyes OpenSep 23, 20255.0Ask them to give you a print out of everything in advanced so there aren’t any extra things you weren’t expecting. Call your insurance before consenting to ANYTHING and tell them the specific code for any procedure before it happens to make sure how much they charge for it. Dr Kayne reversed the fee for the extra x-rays because the hygienist said she wanted to do extensive x-rays since it was my first visit so I agreed but she didn’t tell me that insurance might not cover it because it’s not a typical x-ray and exam. Afterwards I called my insurance because the front desk knew nothing about my insurance and couldn’t tell me anything about how much the work I would get would be, and they told me that my intra oral x-rays would only be covered 80%, so I would have owed $57. Carina defended their company saying that it’s our responsibility to think to call to see if their extensive x-rays are covered by insurance and that they are required if you don’t provide them from another dentist. None of this was told to me when I set up the exam. No sympathy. When I set up the appointment they should have told me it might cost less and they would not have to subject me to as many cancer-causing x-rays if I can provide these x-rays from another dentist from the past 5 years.
