We felt like all our questions were answered throughout the three months of check-up appointments, fittings, and adjustments. Treatment was super effective. Everything was just so consistent - from appointment reminders the day before, the minimal wait time (if any), the kindness of the staff, and the responsiveness and accessibility we had to Russ’s guidance when we had concerns. Highly recommend.

He even gave us his number for any questions or concerns between appointments. The staff was very kind and prompt. I would reccomend this office to any parent in need of a infant helmet ortho.

I went in for a consultation and I felt that he really listened to my concerns and how my life and body works with my AFO’S. I've been to other companies and it did not turn out good that ’s why I had to see Russell. I will say I wished they had a closer office but it's worth the drive to Provo.
