We felt like all our questions were answered throughout the three months of check-up appointments, fittings, and adjustments. Treatment was super effective. Everything was just so consistent - from appointment reminders the day before, the minimal wait time (if any), the kindness of the staff, and the responsiveness and accessibility we had to Russ’s guidance when we had concerns. Highly recommend.
- JJJamieFeb 16, 20235.0I've had two babies who needed the orthotic helmet. I took both of them to Russ at Northwest orthotics. I appreciate the quality of care given to the babies, including bring able to text Russ and get an answer right back anytime the babies seemed to experience issues or needed adjustments to the helmet. The office/phone staff were always friendly and helpful too. Recommend 👍👍
