  I think it is ridiculous for me to pay 30 dollars in co pay (the total visit costed around $145) just to have them check the strings of an iud. The staff were nice, however this should be a free service, especially since they were the ones who placed the iud. They couldn't even tell me for sure if the iud was in the correct position because they don't have the proper equipment (ultrasound) to do so. If you are concerned if your iud is not in the proper position, do not come here. Go to an actual obgyn or check with your insurance to find somewhere that will cover an ultrasound to see if your iud is correctly placed. (also when I called to schedule the appointment, I was frustrated that it directed me to the call center when I wanted to speak with someone at the clinic to see their availability.)

  Love this location!! Everyone is so sweet, even if it is super hard to hear them through the glass sometimes 😂 I’ve come here for about two years now for birth control and standard testing and I will continue to do so until I have other means! Thank you Planned Parenthood!

  I sat there for over two hours waiting to be seen. They said they have to review your prescription every year. I saw people who where in the drive through get into and leave before me! It was absolutely ridiculous.

  Literally do not call them they're impossible to get ahold of. Also some of the nurses and Doctors weren't really nice at all. I got my implanon removed and with the tape she cut off some of my circulation and then the gauze she made so loose it fell off my arm.
