    Mary and her team are life-savers, literally. I spoke with ten different law firms before choosing them. The difference was immediately noticeable. Mary assisted me with appealing a denial for a surgical procedure with Anthem. Her guidance changed everything. I went from two prior appeals being unsuccessful to having the third appeal being approved and overturning the denial in less than 48 hours. I would highly recommend prioritizing reaching out to them early in your process and having them in your corner. 10/10 - recommended!

    FIX MY CLAIM! You don't know it, but you ACTUALLY NEED this team. I have worked in the benefits and claims industry for several years and thought I knew how to handle appealing a couple of major claims. Boy, was I wrong. Insurance companies fortify the appeals process like Fort Knox, to ensure they remain profitable. Our claims had just the right formulation to ensure they slid into the cracks of technicality to evade coverage, and the advocate overed by our provider was largely unhelpful and powerless to help us make a meaningful appeal. Appealing an insurance claim is a one-sided labyrinth of pitfalls, technicalities, and under timed scrutiny by companies that don't operate under the same constraints. Only experienced guides are able to navigate the blockade, interpret responses to reveal the veailed truth behind communications, and know what next steps to take in the dark. Our insurance provider has an appeals process that is especially notorious for being unreliable and difficult. FixMyClaim spoke to us in plain English from the very start, explaining the situation in simple terms we can understand, the process, what to expect, and allowed us to decide how to proceed. I received assistance with writing letters and emails, to ensure I included specific phrasing and key words to ensure all the requirements are meta and every box on the provider's list is ticked. We could ask a question at any time with confidence a response will be received within 24 hours (giving way to holidays and Sundays). FixMyClaim predicted every move and ensured we were prepared to respond immediately.
