- AAanonymousSep 30, 20235.0They squeezed me in for the next day when it was an emergency and answered all of my questions over the phone. It takes a while for anyone to answer, and there was a wait when I got there, but the patience and wait was well worth it. Everyone was so kind, and made me feel a little less anxious. I believe the nurse who helped me was Emily, who was a temp from salt lake. I’ve tried this procedure two other times at different locations with no success and the pain was unbearable. Although there were some complications during the procedure (not the nurses fault) they were knowledgeable on how to proceed and successful and much much less painful. I live closer to the Ogden location but I’ll be making the drive to Logan because I had such a positive experience here.
