    Buying supplements online feels like playing roulette with your health. Is this legit. Is this trash. Is this just really expensive pee. This store is the opposite of that. The owners actually know what they are talking about and ask real questions instead of just pointing at the most expensive bottle on the shelf. You walk out feeling confident you got the right product, not confused or slightly scammed. It is refreshing to talk to real humans who care about quality and results instead of algorithms and fake five star reviews. If you are tired of guessing online and want actual guidance from people you trust, this is the place.

    Shea has helped get me off Omeprazole- something I’ve been on for years, and in a matter of weeks I’m not taking it anymore. He also carries some great protein powders my kids really like. I love the other supplements I’ve purchased and am now using. I also did a hair analysis and it had some interesting findings I’m now working on.

    Shea’s Health and Nutrition was incredibly helpful when I was looking for relief from hot flashes and night sweats. They took the time to listen and recommended a solution that is working really well for me. When my Dr failed to find anything that worked. I’m sleeping better than I have in months and feeling so much more comfortable. Knowledgeable staff, great customer service, and results that truly make a difference. Highly recommend!

    Finally a place you can get blood testing, muscle and meridian point testing. So you can get the perfect supplement or nutritional education. Shae and Silka make you feel so cared for and are so incredibly educated. The entire team here are welcoming and knowledgeable. I would suggest this place to anyone looking to better their health. Or even if you're just curious about deficiencies.

    Shea is so knowledgeable about any issue you may have and what supplement that will work the best for you. The functional test that he will perform on you is something that you have to experience to believe. Absolutely amazing.
