I got there walked in at 3:43 and they refused to see my son. The girls were claiming it was so they had time for other clients.. the scheduler said “that’s funny cause there’s only 1 appt in 45 minutes for the rest of the day!” All three girls were on their phone or were just talking to each other when I walked in. Just sitting at their station……with no customers around for miles. They’re just going downhill and every time I have a negative experience it’s with those girls. I’ll go somewhere else. This sealed it. Thanks for helping to give me that nudge I needed!
