We have been going here for years with our family of 7 and I have left a review after about every experience. About 2 months ago I personally had to have a root canal and crown done. This was one of the most if not most painful(breaking through to the root) experiences I have ever had, but Dr Lohner handled it so well, with patience and with his training and talents. He set expectations and met them, even when my situation was not the norm. He continued to check on my pain level and provide remedy along the way. The staff is always happy, friendly and checked in before, during and after the work was done. Fast forward to this week. Over the weekend my newly set crown popped off. I called them, they got me in quickly and reset the new crown before I leave on my trip tomorrow. There was a little clerical error on my account that caused a balance to show that shouldn't have been there. After they charged me, they were quick to notify me there was an error and informed me they were making a correction. I am a business owner and I know mistakes will happen. Its not when they do, its how do we respond to our customers when it does happen. Lexington Heights is a dentist I can stand behind, support, cheer on and recommend without any hesitation.
