After $900 out-of-pocket plus what insurance covered, her pain is exactly the same – no relief, no improvement, no working plan. Just endless mouthguard tweaks and more appointments. Now they’re demanding another $900 and refuse to see her unless I pay $200 cash upfront per visit. Insurance? Irrelevant to them. The whole operation feels like a scam: endless charges, zero accountability, and they hold your kid’s care hostage until you pay more. Joy the billing manager is a nightmare – rude, unhelpful, snaps that “it’s policy". Preys on desperate families. Zero stars if possible. Save your money and sanity – go anywhere else.

We’ve been coming regularly for treatment the last five months and it’s been very educational! They’re so kind in the office, Dr McMillan’s experience and knowledge is great and he’s very kind as well. My daughter has been wearing her retainer at night and we’re hopeful that she’ll be entirely out of pain soon.

I’ve worked with other TMJ specialists when I was younger and this guy KNOWS HIS STUFF! Highly recommend! My pain came back after 30 years and he has truly worked a miracle! He’s honest too. Be careful of some other TMJ crooks out there.
