  The very first and last interaction I had with this office was unprofessional and uncaring. They were more worried about my insurance card and address. Her tone was accusatory (like I wasn't going to pay them?), irritated I called and frankly seemed like she hates her job. Lady was rude, cut me off, didn't ask me anything about the reason for needing their services and when she didn't like the way my address sounded, she promptly hung up on me. When I called back and spoke to the apathetic manager, I got the same attitude. These people are pretty uncaring and unhelpful considering the industry they are in. Place needs a revamp and a whole new staff. Unbelievable. I am appalled.

  I cannot say enough great things about Central Wisconsin Counseling!! After a very painful breakup/bankruptcy/termination/court order all within months of each other, I found myself fearing I was in a permanent downward spiral. I was questioning my own sanity and worth, and needing therapy. Thankfully, I turned to Central Wisconsin Counseling in Wisconsin Rapids. I was pleased that i was able to be scheduled for a prompt appointment. Dr. Roger has been a great help to me with healing and moving forward to becoming the best version of myself. I was referred for a mental health evaluation, at my request, and look forward to my continued sessions with Dr. Roger as he is helping me to find the self I have lost. He has a professional, yet casual way of assisting me to find peace and love for myself, for which, i cannot express my gratitude enough. Booking appointments is easy and convenient and the staff goes above and beyond for their clients. The office, itself, is a very professional setting, but also has a comfort that puts you at ease-a necessity for me when I am most vulnerable. Literal. Lifesavers. Therapy is not something to fear or turn away from. If you are seeking help, I strongly recommend Central Wisconsin Counseling.

  This place helped me become, and stay the best version of myself. I have worked with two therapists here whom have both helped me in times of great need. I would not be here today were it not for them and the work they do. I feel immensely supported each time I walk into the building. Beyond my therapists, I feel that everyone in the facility who knows me is supportive of me and my recovery, including the clerical staff, whom always greet me by name and foster an uplifting culture of good nature.

  It was a long shot for me reaching out to CWCA but I did. My counselor (CW) consistently would cancel my sessions and even would take phone calls during my scheduled appointments. Needless to say I stopped going and don't feel like retelling my story to a new therapist.
