But after they broke my glasses, strung me along for over a month without returning calls that they promised to make, and then ultimately put the liability for the breakage on me, weâre left with little recourse. Whatever you do, donât let them anywhere near your eyeglasses, unless youâre looking to buy yourself a full-price new pair on your own dime! Dr. Kolar and Staff: We know that youâre better than this, itâs time for you to regroup!
