  My sister loved living in the memory care unit. The staff loved her and took very good care of her. I would recommend this facility as a wonderful place for your loved one.

  Horrible place with rude horrible workers my grandma was walking talking and eating now lives with us bedridden due to stroke an broken arm x2 , these people don't give the right meds or on time if they give any there rude and mean no one looks happy there the staff is abusive, please please take your family elsewhere anywhere is better then this crappy place

  My Grandmother and I thought this choice of living would suit her, but we found that it wasn't as warm and welcoming as they seemed. Within months of my grandmother moving in she broke her hip, suffered from a stroke due to ungiven aspirin and a now unemployed worker was shunning her and disrespecting her by taking things out of her hand and tresting her as if she were an infant. While I was there one day, the television showed infant shows. If this is how you feel you should treat your elderly citizens that were once hard working individuals, think again. As for grandma, she is a totally different person thanks to your fellow Sun shine Gardens. She cannot walk, use her right hand and has had a large downfall since she was sent to live here. She now lives with my mother and I, and is treated well for her alzheimers. If your interested in this home care living, I suggest you look elsewhere.

  Mother was in memory care and went in walking lefted in wheelchair, had a stroke and no one even cared enough to call 911. Got bed sores and never got her own wheelchair. When I was moving her I was told couldn't leave with wheelchair. She broke her hip there and never walked again why wouldn't they get her her own wheelchair? Mother called me and a worker took phone away from her and hung up on me. Worker is no longer there. Please take your parent's some where else.I took my mom home for the last year of her life, and had no skin problems any other problems. These people didn't want this terrible diesase, they need to be treated with dignity not like trash.
