Physical Therapy
At Renew Physical Therapy our mission is to serve our community by providing individualized and consistent one-on-one care, empowering patients to better health.
Our goal at Renew Physical Therapy is to help patients return to the activities they love without medications, injections, or surgery. Treatments utilize manual therapy techniques, individual exercise prescriptions, and patient education. We teach patients how to move, lift and sit and provide self-treatment techniques. Our job is simple, we help guide patients back to their prior level of function and prevent further injury.
Our one-on-one treatment is tailored to address your goals so that you can work smarter, play harder and live better.

- JDJody Dolan3 days ago5.0I came to Renew with a hip issue that had developed over years of work. At this point it was difficult to get into my car or even to walk further than a block due to the pain. I really wondered if it would be possible to get my body back to its usual. Then I met with my PT, Remy. He made assessments, introduced stretches, and later strengthening exercises to target the problem areas. For continuity, I had homework to stretch and exercise and to give him feedback at the next session. Over the course of my therapy, Remy has been professional, informative and encouraging. Now I am working pain free and can conduct my daily activities with ease.

He was friendly, kind and provided great instruction for how to properly do the exercise plan he put together for me. - MPMegan PaigeApr 9, 20265.0I highly recommend Renew Physical Therapy in Renton! I had to get PT after breaking my ankle on a hike and didn't really know what to expect. The Renew team is so pleasant and accommodating. Accessibility: Scheduling over the phone and in person is a breeze (Luz is great to work with!). They're on the ground level so getting into the office was pretty easy, just 3 doors to navigate from the parking lot. I never had an issue with parking either. Vibe: Very clean, good music, overall friendly and professional space. Lots of equipment available and the therapists are very attentive. Resources: They enrolled me in a helpful app that demonstrates exercise "homework" clearly. It sent me daily reminders to keep me on schedule. TIP: DO THE EXERCISES AT HOME TOO! It doesn't take that much time :) Lastly I'd like to send HUGE thanks to my PT Remington Klein! His positive attitude, knowledge, and confidence set me at ease and made my visits something to look forward to. I hope I don't need physical therapy again but if I do, I'll be at Renew in Renton with Remi. :) Thank you Renew!
