  Based on my experience with this company/101 mobility and in particular with Todd Behrens and it’s headquarters representative named Kathy Thiessan, they are nothing more than A company full of empty promises and very unreliable. Even I purchased a $29,000 Elevator from this 101 mobility company, yet they still wouldn’t even honor their own warranty. Todd Behrens not only he never follows through on his promises and wouldn’t return the calls, but he’s a liar too. Don’t waste your money with this company!

  I have called this business and spoke with Todd a month ago about dumbwaiter service . He was going to check about parts for my brand and call me right back. Never called back. I have called his answering service 2 or 3 times and was told they will have him call me back. Can't recommend this business. I

  Very knowledgeable and took care of our needs regarding our building concerns. They were very professional and their estimates were the most reasonable. They finished earlier than expected. Todd was very great throughout the whole process! Thanks 101!

  Great experience with 101 Mobility. No problems at all. Work was finished timely and professionally.
