The behavior of one of the employees named Lupita was completely inappropriate and unacceptable for a customer service environment. During my visit, this employee consistently spoke loudly, used vulgar language, and displayed an arrogant attitude toward others, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Most concerning, however, was hearing offensive and derogatory comments that were deeply inappropriate in the presence of families and children. This type of conduct demonstrates not only a lack of professionalism but also a serious absence of respect and sensitivity toward others. As a customer, I find it unacceptable to witness situations like this in a business that should provide a safe and respectful environment for everyone. If measures are not taken to properly supervise and address this behavior, I would seriously reconsider returning or recommending this place to others. I sincerely hope management addresses this matter with the seriousness it deserves. I want to thank Lucy and Claudia for giving the most valuable information possible and attention to me and my son. They are really good workers.
