  Very helpful! After having an awful experience with a different company a therapist guided me here. I’m so grateful because they have been wonderful. They took their time making sure my daughter’s supplies were correct and educated me over her equipment. Thank you for all you’ve done for us🩷

  My grandson was getting medical supplies from Russell and his last supplies were in December 2025. He went without for the whole month of January he finally got a shipment from his new provider with no problem they give him a lot more feeding bags which surprised me because I always had to struggle to get feeding bags from Russell. Due to Candice and her ugly attitude I was forced to change providers just because I wanted a list of his supplies and she got very upset and said that she will not turn in for his shipment for January 2026, all because the person that works the office Candice has no customer service whatsoever and the rest of the ladies in the office follow her attitude or at least try to but she's a very horrible person not to me but to the children that are in need she does not care if they go without and she's not willing to do anything to help and if she does very little and now I'm very happy now so my best advice to anyone that's considering Russell don't do it!!!!!

  Was surprised by how high the prices were, and they do not allow payment over the phone. For elderly patients who rely on someone else to pick up for them, this policy is extremely inconvenient.

  I've been going to Russell Medical for almost ten years now, and they have always been great! From the day I rolled in, their focus has always been getting me what i need in terms of a power chair that fits my mobility and comfort needs, dealing with my insurance to make sure I had everything I need. I've gotten two power chairs through them, and they've always maintained them and made sure they ran smoothly, which is vital, especially considering the conditions of some of these Corpus sidewalks! From David and James, to the front office staff, they've all treated me well. Due to changes from my insurance I've had to look for another place to service my chair this year, which is a shame because I trust this crew completely.

  Worst staff to ever deal with. Front office or whoever the young one is, is about the rudest and uneducated person working in a facility such as that one. Go somewhere else for your medical needs, it’ll be worth your time and money!!
