I applied on indeed as the position was open I called to check the Status of the application I applied for (PHC coordinator) at Angel Bright Home Health. The call was answered by a woman named “Bella” she informed me that she would transfer me to HR to check on the status of my application. I was placed on “hold” for 10 whole mins so I decided to hang the call up and try again. Bella answered the call again but just placed it back on mute without saying a word to me. I called yet ANOTHER time right after. I was told “we’re not hiring for that position” to which Bella tried saying was the position for hospice care. I informed her the application I applied for was home health department to which she placed me BACK on hold. After being placed on “hold” (Once again) to be transferred to “HR” a random woman picked up the phone and rudely said to me “you did not apply for that position what was the name of the position u applied for” she said they were not hiring for PHC coordinator if you do not want people applying for the positions maybe take them off indeed so you don’t have to be rude and disrespectful to people that are just trying to make a living like they are.

Pay periods at this company suck. You are forced to use a prepaid card that is loaded with fees in order to be paid as a home care provider. This is the worst company to deal with.

Ms Tina was my wound care nurse. She was AWESOME!!! She CARES about her patients and their wounds. Was sad to be discharged lol I looked forward to her visits daily. If there’s a way to chose your wound care nurse OR just a nurse Ms Tina is your girl! I’m so very appreciative of her she took very good care of me and answered all my questions. My wound healed up faster than expected thanks to Ms Tina. Thank You Ms Tina for being an amazing nurse, we need more like her EVERY WHERE

My sister was with Angel Bright Hospice for only 4 days; however, during that short period of time, the entire staff made a deep impact on my sister's final journey and my family's experience. They were kind, caring, and treated my sister with great dignity and respect in her final days. They were just as kind to family and friends that came by to see her. Having a loved one in hospice is a very difficult time and the Angel Bright Hospice staff made that time a little less painful for us. It takes a special kind of person to provide that level of dignity and warmth. We are forever grateful to them.

We decided to go with Angel Bright for my father's hospice service as they had their own in-patient unit close by, but we never needed to use it so I cannot comment on that, but I will say everyone we were in contact with there from the very beginning to the very end was wonderful. It was only a week long of in-home hospice, unfortunately, but they took great care of my dad in that short time and were all so sweet and very compassionate. My family truly appreciated them and their kindness in one of our most difficult times. Thank you to Dolores, Stephanie, Rosie, Maria and 2 lovely gentlemen, I cant recall their names at this time. Everyone was so patient and thorough, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and quick to respond to our needs. Just wanted to say thank you.
