  If I could rate this place with negative stars I would I went there with medical problem. They tell you to get an appointment at OSU....OSU medical gives you the run around, and often won't even answer the phone. You call back to medwise, they put you on hold without asking your name, or anything. This place is a scam

  I have never been so disappointed in care in my life. I was left for long amounts of time in an overly warm room sweating and he did not listen was only willing to check for broken bone in hand. I told him it was ligament or tendon causing major issues and my right hand is my lively hood hell didn't even check my knee which has noticable knot and shoot pain Everytime I stand. Nurse was through front desk pleasant but doctor was incompetent blew me off no help what so ever a waste of Time. Will not recommend. I will share my bad experience instead. Retired school teacher and professional artist never in my life have I felt blown off no attempt what so ever to address medical issues. Literally no help at all. Didn't even listen to what I said about knee or hand.

  Very friendly and welcoming. Everyone is amazing here and truly listened to me and addressed my issues. Very thankful for the Dr I seen today and the staff, you all are doing an amazing job, thank you for your care today.

  Everyone was really helpful and listened to my concerns! The doctor or PA, I can’t remember what her title was, listened to me and talked in detail about my concerns and her advice for getting healthy again. I felt like she listened to me and understood my needs and struggles as well as gave me helpful solutions, as well as identified possible future needs with my reason for coming in, as well as future solution if things were prolonged and did not resolve.

  Came in earlier today 4/16/2026 and as i pulled up about ten minutes from opening they put a sign on the door that said "opening at noon". If youre going to do that ten minutes before opening, you should at least change your hours on the google business hours instead of making people drive to your spot just to be turned away because you guys cant get your shit together. I'm not feeling well and this was the closest one to me. I will not be giving you my business anymore, solely based on that. You have a job to do by giving people help for small issues, and to not be open till noon does a lot of folks a disservice. So hopefully your business goes belly up with practices like these. You people are terrible.
