Cycling Studio
Full body, indoor cycling at its finest! Smaller, more intimate location than usual cycling studios making for a more personable ride!!! Small hand weights are provided for full body experience all on a bike!!!! The ride room is located inside the Oklahoma athletic center (what use to be old Lighthouse.) You do not have to be a member at the gym to ride. Book a class under the ride room on the mindbody app, classpass or perfit!!
