  Love the coaches & staff here! Everyone is supportive, encouraging, and pushes you to your limits in the best way. I highly recommend especially if you are a beginner with zero experience like me. They made me feel welcomed and apart of their community. Thank you everyone at Evolve kickboxing!

  Joining Evolve has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself! The classes are an incredible workout, the coaches are supportive and knowledgeable, and the entire community is welcoming and encouraging. Between kickboxing classes, personal training, and health/diet advice, I have learned so much and seen so much progress in my health. Not only has my physical health and fitness improved, but my mental health has improved, as well. The coaches are invested in your progress and success, and they don’t let you give up! I really can’t say enough good things about this gym and the coaches. It has been life changing for me!

  AMAZING STAFF, CLEAN FACILITY, and FANTASTIC VIBES!!! I’ve been a member for around 3 weeks and have noticed significant improvements to my stamina, strength, and fitness. I absolutely love the kickboxing classes. They are always dynamic, the tunes are great, and the coaches are so attentive to making sure you reach your full potential. You don’t need background knowledge to become a kickboxer! The members here are so diverse and wholesome. The equipment, bags, and floor is always clean whenever I walk in. The restroom makes you feel luxurious and there’s a REALLY big fan to ventilate the space. A special shoutout to the friendly faces I see every time I walk in: Mel has the most infectious smile and aura! If you’re interested in where, how, or why to start, I’d point you to her direction. Coach Khari has incredible vibes and vibrant beats! I’m always leaving her classes with a smile and great post workout stretches. Coach Devon has golden retriever vibes. He’s very friendly and a great person to laugh with! He’s always ready to help you with your form and his phenomenal energy radiates the room. Coach Mikko gives great motivation during exercises and checks up on your form. His music gives “aura farming”. I feel like I’ve won a war after his workouts (in a good way). Coach Tony is fantastic and an amazing bright spirit to get you through the mental gymnastics during the workout. His laugh is contagious! Coach Rachel is super inspiring and a lovely person to get you on your goals. She’s an incredible soul and very dedicated to helping you grow. These are just a handful of the coaches I’ve worked with, but just know that you’ll be in great hands walking into this gym. You won’t regret it!

  I absolutely love training at Evolve! The facility is always clean, well-organized, and has such a great energy the moment you walk in. The structure of the classes makes it easy to stay motivated while still being challenged, no matter your skill level. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The owner truly cares about everyone who walks through the door, and it shows in the positive, welcoming atmosphere they’ve created. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and push you to be your best while still making it fun. The sense of community here is unmatched—I’ve met so many amazing people, and it honestly feels like a second home. If you’re looking for a kickboxing gym that’s clean, fun, and full of great people, I can’t recommend Evolve enough!

  Omg I am glad that I found this amazing kickboxing place Evolve . All the stuff is amazing with positive vibe and they push you to get where u want to achieve. My energy and self confidence is change 100% with in 3 months . I am so happy that I lost over 15pound with In 3 month. If anyone trying to be health and lost weight I will suggest you Evolve kickboxing!!!
