  🦷 Excellent Dental Care: A 15-Year Patient's Review! ​I have been a patient of Dr. Hahn's for over 15 years, and he and his team are absolutely great. ​Dr. Hahn is incredibly professional and personable. I especially appreciate how he always explains, in detail, how your oral health is doing and any next steps needed to ensure your teeth remain in excellent shape. His focus on patient education is outstanding. ​The entire team is exceptional: ​Jane at the front desk handles a lot and does a remarkable job of explaining how your insurance works and what is covered. She is always friendly and incredibly helpful. ​Amy, the hygienist, is absolutely amazing—I am so glad they found her! She does a great job cleaning your teeth while making sure you're comfortable. I genuinely enjoy our conversations, too. ​Laccie, Dr. Hahn's assistant, is extremely kind and knowledgeable, making the overall experience seamless. ​Thank you ALL. You never want to go to the dentist—it's never fun—however, this team makes it much more calming and manageable. They have created a truly welcoming environment that turns what could be a stressful appointment into a consistently positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Hahn and his outstanding practice! 😊

  The doctor is GREAT but his front staff needs to take a hike. I've been with this group for six years and I was told to pay all up front and if I cancel my appointment for any reason my fees were non refunded. They just lost 9 of my family members business.

  Terrible experience. We decided to try this dentist as it was closer. We went and received a cleaning and exam. We gave all insurance info up front to make sure everything was covered. They called and said that everything was good. We end up getting a bill for panoramic x rays. This is only allowed every five years as the insurance company told the dentist. The insurance did not cover and we called the dentist as we were sure they would make it right. They were extremely argumentative and had nothing but excuses for why it happened. We will never go back and they lost 4 patients over trying to make an extra $109 for each of us with pano xrays. Stay away, no integrity and can not be trusted.

  The front staff was very nice and professional. The doctor was amazing he sat down with me and explained in full detail what my issue were and my options he didn’t rush the visit and was very friendly and easy to speak to. The hygienist Karen took her time with my procedure and friendly. I recommend this place for your dental needs.

  I have been a long time patient of Southridge Dental and have ALWAYS been treated like I am among friends. The front desk ladies help me with my many insurance questions and help me to understand my dental benefits. Dr. Hahn is the best dentist and I can not thank him and his assistants for their dental knowledge and experience they have provided me and my children over the many years I have been a patient there. If you are looking for a dentist this is where you should call for all of your dental treatment.
