  Unfortunately Arca was more concerned with lying to me about another person there and then writing me up-Rather than actually taking the time to work anything out with me about the issue..... I got wrote up for talking and sitting beside another male there-Yet there were 4 girls ALL over one guy and walking around WITH NO PANTIES ON and I get wrote up......bc the nurse lied and I told the other person about it and she got mad. I learned skills that will help me along my journey throughout the future but I would have liked to have finished my time there rather than what actually occurred. I wasn't able to get medication immediately after I was there a week and then realized I was sick due to not having/taking my Suboxone. I went to see the doctor on Friday at 3pm (he gets there at 2) and he was already gone....I did not receive my medicine until the following Tuesday Other people there received their medications and they were not physically sick. The bathrooms were SO dirty and there was nothing to clean them with-yet they expected us to clean them....... Some of the nurses cared and some of them didn't-it wasn't many that seemed or acted as if they cared but much more like It was a bother or they didn't have time. Good luck to everyone out there seeking help-you can do it! With or without the help of a rehab facility bc I am proof and will continue to be proof of that! -Chasidy Shoaf

  ARCA saved my life. The staff is extremely dedicated and helpful on all levels. Since receiving my certificate of completion I have gone on to become a peer support specialist, started a business with my husband and continue to enjoy life clean and sober. Highly recommend for a 28 day program.

  I have to say I have never been involved in such a great great experience .Iam just beside myself and I would have never gotten where I am today if it had not have been for this great group .Group of people .a non stop never quiting deturmrm awesome people . And I would like to say thank you so much I love you all and I will never forget what has been done for me . And if they get ahold of you you will not forget how you are surepose to act either lol.   I called around 8pm to let one of the patients there be informed that their mother in law passed away. I was told they do not deliver messages that they would have a nurse call me back. Guess what no call. Goes to show how much they care about you that they will not inform you of a family members death. What else would they possibly have to lose on top of that. Please make a better choice than here
