  Every time we visit AudioNova, Paul has helped us solve problems with my hearing aids. Very efficient, discovered my hearing aid was still under warranty. For sure will continue to use their service.

  I recently purchased a set of Phonak hearing aids at the Concord Plaza Audio Nova store and cannot say enough about their customer service! I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment and offered to come back at a later date but Paul insisted on taking care of me anyway. Tim got right to work evaluating my hearing and fitted me with a new pair of AI hearing aids that completely blew my mind. You may have seen the YouTube video demonstrating the effectiveness of Phonak’s AI chip but you can’t believe the difference it makes until you experience it. Trying to follow a conversation in a crowded restaurant drove me crazy before but I went to a Good Friday fish fry in a crowded gymnasium and had no trouble hearing the people across the table. It was so effortless that it was a full hour before I realized that their voices weren’t being overwhelmed by all the conversations at the surrounding tables and even at the same table! I also need to call out Tim’s willingness to ensure that the settings on my hearing aids were optimal. I went back-and-forth a couple times before I was sure which setting I preferred, but Tim never got frustrated. He patiently repeated the process until I was confident we had gotten it right. Tim also took the time to fully explain the Roger device and demonstrated how to use all of its capabilities. It is truly an amazing device but I would never have known how to make use of it if he hadn’t patiently walked me through everything it could do. I should also mention that I saw Paul at the front desk talking to people both in person and on the phone and was amazed at how clearly he spoke and how patiently he answered questions. That man is an absolute saint! In summary, I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the Concord Plaza Audio Nova store and highly recommend Paul and Tim for their demonstrated commitment to extraordinary customer service. I’m sure you can pay more money somewhere else, but I am confident you can’t get a better experience or outcome. If you’re looking for a new pair of Hearing Aids, do yourself a favor and start with Paul and Tim at the Concorde Plaza Audio Nova store. You won’t be disappointed.

  My left hearing aid was a bit muffled so I called AudioNova in Concord Paza to schedule an appointment. I spoke to Paul who told me I could come right in. When I arrived they were ready for me and the cause for my problem was quickly found to be a wax build-up. Not only did the audiologist clean my device, but he explained how to clean and replace the filter myself. Tim and Paul were rock stars for me and I am happy I chose AudioNova as my preferred hearing aid provider. Thanks again, Tim and Paul.

  After skillful testing, I received hearing aids that have worked wonderfully for the past couple years. Whenever I need servicing of any kind, they are able to accommodate me quickly. Just this week Paul gave me two quick "remedial" lessons on tip replacement. They are responsive, accommodating, and cheerful. I appreciate their availability and efficiency.

  $65 per visit Sound Health charges $150 per visit. I had better service and results with AudioNova.
