  They were very willing to work with schedule changes and seemed very nice with my mother in laws in home care. Jennifer for schedules and set up was great. Only issue and it's a big one. Make sure you have cameras and lock EVERYTHING up. Background checks are only good on thieves that have already been caught. We ended with medication shortages and out 200+ in change from our 20 year coin jar. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND PUT IN CAMERAS

  I haven’t used Visiting Angels personally, but I wish I had known about them when my mom was sick and our family really needed a break and extra support. Getting to know Geo through the Joplin Chamber has shown me how much heart and care they put into serving families. It’s comforting to know a company like this is here for our community.

  Last year we hired someone from Visiting Angels to take care of my father-in-law who had a stroke many years ago. Since this occurrence my mother-in-law has never been able to leave town. With this kind assistance we were able to take our mom on vacation for the first time in years!!

  We’ve had a wonderful experience with Visiting Angels Senior Home Care. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and truly compassionate. You can tell they genuinely care about the families they serve. Michelle and Geo both stand out — professional, responsive, and so easy to work with. They bring warmth and heart to everything they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy, quality care in the Joplin area.
