  I have been going to OsteoStrong Eagan for 45 days. They are friendly and extremely helpful. I feel stronger already, I can even put my socks on by standing on one foot (I could barely stand on one foot when Istarted!). You won’t be sorry if you join! I love that my insurance helps to cover the cost!

  I have been coming to Osteostrong for a little more than a year and the improvement in my muscles has been a pleasant surprise. I plan to get a new bone density test this fall (18 months after starting Osteostrong) and am confident my doctor will be surprised at my bone improvement. Two years ago I had osteopenia in my hips and spine so that’s where I’ll be looking for documentation of improvement.

  To put it simply, I love the way OsteoStrong makes my body feel. I have noticeable improvements to my strength and stability in my normal gym workouts. The best part is the nagging knee pain I’ve dealt with for years has almost completely subsided. Amazing what a few minutes of effort per week can do!
