  Joe is awesome at the Mt Pleasant office. So personable, friendly, humorous and cares about his patients. Very thorough and explains what you may not understand. Christy is awesome as well. She tries to accommodate and work with you on scheduling and pricing. Bill A

  AudioNova in Mt. Pleasant has solved their staffing problems. Their new receptionist is excellent and Joe Dombrowski, the new audio prosthetic person is excellent. We purchased the newest iteration of AI driven hearing aides have made a very positive change in my wife’s hearing.

  I have had my appointments changed 4 times in the last 6 months. Today is the second time I have gone to the office for an appointment and the office was closed. My appointment today had been moved so I could meet with a new provider. It appears this is the 4th provider since I have purchased these. I will NOT continue with this office.

  Last appointment was cancelled after I arrived because audiologist was out "caring for his dog." Today, Nov 20, I left a phone message indicating I need service/repair. I drove 35 miles to find the door locked, no staff, and several printed messages attached to the door. All of the messages, written by customers, expressed displeasure. Avoid this business.
