  I genuinely wanted to love this studio because the instructors themselves were consistently kind, welcoming, and professional. They were honestly the only positive part of my experience, and I genuinely feel bad that they have to work under management that operates this way. Unfortunately, dealing with the manager completely ruined the experience for me. The environment surrounding memberships is extremely high-pressure and uncomfortable. There is a constant push to get people signed up immediately. They will stop you after class if you are not a current member and try and talk you into buying a membership with a deal that “ends tonight”. Every time I came in for a class, that same deal ended “tonight”. When you hesitate to buy the membership and say you need time to think, you are questioned instead of simply being respected as a customer. The cancellation process was even worse. What should have been a simple request turned into a frustrating back-and-forth where my direct questions about billing and charges were repeatedly avoided. They refused to provide me with exact dates and amounts that my account would be billed until I had officially filled out their cancellation form. This should not be allowed, and no customer should be made to feel difficult for asking straightforward billing questions. We as customers have a right to this information. Communication from management was also incredibly frustrating. Many of the emails I received were poorly written, filled with typos, and difficult to follow, which only added more confusion to an already unnecessarily complicated process. It is hard to effectively communicate with a business when management cannot clearly explain policies or billing information in a professional manner. I have also noticed negative reviews disappearing while glowing positive reviews continue appearing, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity of this studio’s online reputation. Based on conversations and reviews from others, my experience clearly does not seem isolated. Again, the instructors deserve credit because they were wonderful. But the management and business practices at this studio completely overshadow that. There are many local fitness studios in the area that treat people with far more respect, transparency, and professionalism, and I would strongly suggest supporting those businesses instead.

  Can call me a million times to pay my bill and tell me I need to be caught up to cancel. I pay complete balance due and the manager tells me I have to send a cancellation email and do a “30 day notice” to make me pay a whole extra month even though I moved out of town. Awful experience.

  Absolutely love YogaSix! Every class is welcoming, motivating, and such a great workout. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and make all experience levels feel comfortable. Whether you want a challenging workout or a relaxing reset, they truly have something for everyone. Highly recommend!
