  Had neck pain due to a cyst confirmed by an ultrasound. They asked me to visit the "specialists" at this facility. A doctor came in and gently touched my neck and said "you're ok". Was on site for maybe 8 minutes and billed me $180. Still have neck pain but will not be back. It was this facility as shown up from MyChart.

  The first thing they did was have me see the audiologist. Then I saw the PA. I told her the problems I was having with my hearing and balance and she didn't even acknowledge it. She said I was just getting old and was loosing my hearing. Then all she did was try to get me to make and an appointment with the hearing aid people. To be fair she did give me a prescription for nasal spray. But she seemed more interested in selling me a hearing aid then trying to resolve my ear problem and dizziness. I went to a balance specialist and they found I had Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. It took them less that 10 minutes to figure out my problem. Now I'm going to them for treatment. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to buy expensive hearing aids.

  Been a patient for years, first Dr Sprik and now Dr Daniels. Been happy overall in dealing with my issues.

  I should have looked at the reviews on here before accepting the referral from my PCP to this establishment. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If you actually want help, go somewhere else. I have had hearing issues from a very young age, and it’s gotten so bad to the point where I communicate mainly in sign language and non verbally, and read lips to survive. I can make no phone calls by myself, go to a restaurant by myself/understand what workers are saying to me, and I require a lot of patience from those around me and lots of repetition of what people say. Everyone in my life knows it and can see it. However, Ashley Gorman PA-C told me to drink less caffeine… and that the right side of my nose is a little congested… and to run a fan at night. That’s what she told me. She didn’t take the time to hear about how things are for me, and I felt terribly rushed, and that she wasn’t even listening to a word I said and just nodding in politeness. She told me everything I was feeling, all the frustrations and trials I’ve been through are normal. That’s just how hearing is. It took me breaking down in tears to push for an evaluation for a hearing aid. Imagine being a grown adult paying for their services and being implied that you’re imagining it all. Seriously unprofessional.

  i had seen dr froster and he was real rude i have been dealing with ear infections for 30 yrs and started getting them again so i thought it was time to get it checked out again and he pressed real hard where the nerves are to my jaw and said well your molers are infected and you need to get those pulled before i see you again and i want to see you in 2 months!! i will NEVER see this guy again cause if that was the case then i guess ive had a infection in my mouth for 30 yrs untreated NOT he was a jerk i would never recommend any1 to see michael froster
