Catherine’s Health Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center. We provide access to high quality, affordable and compassionate health care for our community throughout West Michigan.
Over 28 years ago, we began as a volunteer-run clinic in the basement of St. Alphonsus church in the Creston neighborhood of Grand Rapids. While not directly affiliated with one religious group and no longer a volunteer-run clinic in a basement, we continue to work from the heart of our mission to provide exceptional health care for those who are most vulnerable in our community.
Today, Catherine’s provides comprehensive primary medical, behavioral health, dental, and health promotion & disease prevention services at four locations.
