  Really can't say enough nice things about our experience with 101 Mobility. All of the people we came in contact with were professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They were genuinely interested in helping us achieve our goal of keeping our parents in their home. The installer wouldn't leave until we were perfectly comfortable with the operation of the lift and all questions were answered. The salesperson called a few hours later to make sure we were satisfied. Don't hesitate to call them, they will not disappoint.

  I contacted at least 5 different places to see if a stair lift was possible to help my husband. By far 101 Mobility was the best company to give me the answers I needed. This is an extremely professional company. Working with Keaton Ayers was easy, the service was quick and worked in my time frame. Dave the installer was quick and efficient and very knowledgeable as well. I will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an affordable stair lift from a fantastic company

  The people at 101 Mobility were excellent to work with. We worked together for several months to find the best possible solution for our facility and we are very happy with the work that was done. We were purchasing an expensive IPL, and they made arrangements for me to see one that they had installed several years before and I got to meet their customer and hear first-hand how they felt about their experience before ever giving them a penny. This is a genuinely good company with genuinely good people who stand behind their work and the products they sell. Look no further - this is who you want to work with.

  We needed safe and reliable access to our house in all weather conditions which unfortunately involved steps at all entry points. We worked with Keaton Ayers through 101 Mobility for suggestions and planning. Keaton helped us design an entry way through our garage with a lift and deck while still maintaining enough space for a car in the garage. Keaton and 101Mobility guided us through selection and the ordering of the lift, built the deck and installed the lift. They provided quality work from start to finish with timely arrival, quality materials and construction and clean up afterwards all while tolerating our barrage of questions. Keaton reports they will provide maintenance and support if/when needed. Wouldn’t wish disability on anyone but as this was a new and rapidly evolving process for us I appreciated their expertise, guidance and patience as we worked through the details. Will use 101 Mobility and Keaton for our future needs without hesitation.

  When you have an unexpected life changing event and a loved one can no longer access their own home due to an elevation, it creates devastation. I called 101 mobility one night very late in desperate need of support. When a caring associate answered on the other end and promptly set me up with an at home consultation, I instantly felt relief. The very next day I had a bid and an install date. Only one short week later there is a chair lift installed in my parents home allowing them access to the home again. This was a life changing moment in my Mothers ability to enjoy here own home again. Thank you Keaton and Team at 101 Mobility. I am very impressed and will Rave about you for a very long time.
