So, as a new member you get two free training sessions. I was fortunate to have Alicia Davis walk me through the sessions. She was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Zero hard sell. If you are considering such services check her out. Otherwise, it is still the same gym I left nine months ago. Friendly staff, clean and everything you could want in terms of equipment. The atmosphere is really nice, it has a laid back social aspect to it. Check this place out!
