I just had higher expectations. I’m a self paying patient that only had two visits with this office. For me, it’s minor incidents that snowballed into my conclusion of not feeling a bond or complete trust with the doctor. I felt rushed and not adequately cared for nor my concerns explicitly clarified after diagnostics. I had to take control of my appointment to ask specific questions of what was found - it was just completely skipped. I don’t do treatments without knowing what issue (if any) was discovered after doing the diagnostic that was ordered. I have expectations of that conversation happening before having a discussion regarding any treatments/suggestions AND insurances/payment options on those treatments. I will not be continuing care here as I see no partnership in tackling the longevity of my issue.

Unfortunately, the visit did not meet acceptable standards of professionalism, patient care, or clinical efficiency.
Throughout the appointment, there was an excessive focus on lengthy documentation, which significantly detracted from meaningful patient interaction and clinical assessment.
Documents should a the least be emailed 24-48!hours before the visit, since the forms must be completed before seeing the doctor. The time spent completing paperwork appeared disproportionate to the actual evaluation and treatment provided, leaving me feeling rushed, unheard, and inadequately cared for.
