  I arrived 8 minutes late because there was an accident right near the location, and several of us ended up arriving a few minutes late for the same reason, They didn’t allow me to enter, even though they have a policy that allows entry up to 10 minutes late and they did not respect that. On top of that, they charged me a $30 fee and said they would send an email to ClassPass so I wouldn’t be charged — but they still did. Everything was horrible. Terrible experience. I’ve been to other spinning studios in Boston and they have been much more considerate, kind, professional, and flexible. I recommend going to places like CycleBar or Rev’d Fitness, much more affordable and better overall!

  I was a first timer here. I arrived 20 minutes early as suggested but the queue to check in was so long (Bilt class) and the front desk only had two people, so I made it into the studio just as the class started. I wonder if prior to the class there was some explanation of the basic moves that I missed. For me the class was fun, and a good workout, but hard to follow with no corrections offered. I wish there was some kind of lighted sign (even like a neon arrow pointing up and down) that explained when we were turning up and down the resistance. Because the music is so loud (great vibes) it was hard to hear the instructor, and she got off her bike pretty often so it wasn't as though I could try to copy whatever she was doing. And with the lights down low - or off - I could see when the instructor would touch the resistance dial but not which direction it was going. I imagine for regulars this is a lot easier. The experience made me glad I invested in a Peloton. 😂

  Had an awesome experience as a first timer and Sabrina was amazing with the tour and making me welcomed!
