This office took a much more balanced approach and explained all the options clearly before starting treatment. The staff has been patient during every visit, even when my daughter gets anxious about adjustments. One appointment ran behind because of a power issue in the building, but they handled the situation professionally and kept patients updated the whole time.

The environment feels professional without becoming cold or robotic. During my consultation they showed progress simulations of how my teeth would shift over time, which made the process easier to visualize. Parking can definitely be frustrating during busy evening hours, but once you’re inside the office everything runs efficiently. My bite already feels noticeably more comfortable while chewing.
