  I had a chance to follow up with a family who interacted with Heather, one of the consultants for the company. The family gave rave reviews of Heather. How patient, understanding, and most of all how quickly she helped to put the family at ease with a very stressful situation.

  My parents are getting older and have made the decision to age in place. With age comes issues getting up and down stairs, so they decided to have a chair lift installed. 101 Mobility came out, put together a quote, and quickly scheduled an install time, then rescheduled when there was a schedule conflict. They were professional, efficient, and showed a lot of respect and concern for my parents situation, for which I am eternally grateful. Thanks y’all, you made a huge difference in my parents lives and made me much more comfortable with their situation!

  The day came when medical issues made living in our (paid for) two story home difficult. Moving takes time and is not easy, and we needed to be able to navigate the stairs in order live in the house. While investigating stair lifts, we discovered 101 Mobility of Baton Rouge. We called for an appointment - Jonas and his team came out the next day. They answered all of our questions, measured our staircase, and gave us a cost estimate on the spot. A little research showed that we had landed with the right company for our needs, that offered the best price and local service, with the office and technicians right here if we need anything. Our stair lift was installed just a few days after the initial visit. Jonas came out in person to ensure that the installation went well and that we were satisfied with the stair lift. He made sure we were confident in using it and let us know that he and the rest of the team will always be available for any needs that arise. Now the entire house is accessible once again, and we can look forward to many more years of living comfortably in our home. Many thanks to Jonas Boutte and his entire team, who made the purchase and installation of our stair lift a great experience. I highly recommend 101 Mobility of Baton Rouge to anyone needing home modifications for mobility issues and aging in place.

  I was very apprehensive about this service call. I was told that the company might not service my lift if they did not install it in the first place. Rylan King and Jonas Boutte were right on time and very cordial. They found my problem immediately and fixed it. I feel very comfortable with these young men taking care of my lift because I would not have any quality of life without it. They set my 80 year old mind completely at ease in this matter and I know I can count on them in the future.
