Many foot health issues can be effectively treated by the team, such as fractures, bunions, hammertoes, heel pain, Achilles tendon disorders, flat foo, ankle instability, athlete’s foot, toenail fungus, gout, ingrown toenails, and shin splints. More complex issues can also be successfully treated as well. The facility is equipped to provide a wide array of podiatric services in one central location to minimize inconvenience to patients and to provide the highest level of care. The following services are provided at the Foot and Ankle Center of Illinois: Advanced Extremity Imaging includes a world class Esaote O-scan MRI and CurveBeam PedCAT CT Scanner, as well as Digital X-rays, Ultrasound and Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) equipment.
