I am writing to offer my strong recommendation and heartfelt appreciation for Dr.
Garland Glenn and his staff, who has been caring for my wife, Cindy, in his ReCODE-
based program for the past year. As her spouse and daily caregiver, I have had the
opportunity to observe both her struggles and her progress very closely.
When we first came to Dr. Glenn, my wife was experiencing increasing forgetfulness,
trouble following conversations, difficulty managing daily tasks, and we were feeling a
great deal of fear and uncertainty about the future. Dr. Glenn took the time to listen
carefully to our concerns, review her history in depth, and explain a comprehensive,
step-by-step plan tailored to her needs. His combination of scientific knowledge, clear
communication, and genuine compassion gave us a sense of hope.
Over the past year, we have seen meaningful signs of improvement in my wife’s
cognitive abilities and daily functioning. For examples: follow multi-step, instructions,
remember appointments, engage in longer conversations, manage a simple routine,
participate more actively in family activities. These may seem like small things on paper,
but for us they have made a remarkable difference in her confidence and quality of life.
Just as important, she herself feels more hopeful and engaged, which we directly
attribute to Dr. Glenn’s guidance and encouragement.
I have been consistently impressed by Dr. Glenn’s thoroughness and dedication. He
carefully monitors test results, adjusts the treatment plan as needed, and explains his
reasoning in language we can understand. He treats my wife with respect and kindness
at every visit and always makes sure that both of us leave with our questions answered
and a clear sense of the next steps.
My wife and I are deeply grateful for the progress she has made and the renewed
sense of hope we now have. Based on our experience over this past year, we would
recommend Dr. Garland Glenn & his staff without reservation to any family seeking
thoughtful, evidence-informed, and compassionate care for cognitive decline.
