  Going to Dr.Donagon was the biggest mistake of my life, I had the cutest little feet. I had surgery on my right foot and I’m Now living with my second toe crossing over to my big toe completely crooked and my pinky toe is up in the air and cannot touch the ground. I’ve gone to other surgeons and they say what the hell happened to you ….. Dr Hacker wrote me a letter saying there’s nothing more he could do for me .. and told me to find another podiatrist and drop me as a patient ….No compassion and my right foot is completely deformed ..I have to another surgery on my foot to correct what Dr. hacker did and go through this all over again..

  This office staff is awful. The mistakes made were unbelievable and end up costing me out of pocket. Im on Medicare. And my visits are all covered but my info was not updated or asked for then sent me into collection for less then $200 dollars and rude is understatement . There are many good offices run by professionals this is not one of them . I have never been treated in this manner and advise folks to find another office with professional staff to handle billing it’s not that complicated and shame on the doctor for ignoring the ignorance of his poorly trained office staff. Had I looked at the reviews of this practice before becoming a patient I would have never went . Take a look at the previous reviews it’s all relatively the same horrible staff rude unprofessional and not capable of filing claims in a timely fashion on and on.

  My 80 year old Dad walked in for his appointment only to be told no mask, go buy one , they do not offer masks to patients. I can not comment on their doctor care , but I can say down with their customer service! He left without being seen .

  They are all very nice and doctor hears you out on what you need and always takes his time on you never rushes.
