  I like the doctor but the buying things part has been a disaster. Spent $350 in October on new top of the line lense replacements that would take 10 days to receive and it’s now January, still no lenses. Yep over 2 months. Lots of time wasted on lab issues and calls with zero proactive follow up with their customer. Just had to keep calling, to be told another promise that would fall through. Can’t recommend buying here anymore. If it was truly an issue with whoever they order from, it’s past due time to choose another place. Side note, every other time I ordered glasses or lenses they came in 3 to 10 days after their estimated time. I’ve mentioned multiple times they should think about setting the correct expectations to not let people down.

  My husband and I have had several pairs of glasses made here....Felix (the owner and optician) is the BEST I've ever had, and I've had dozens. He's always doing crazy "custom" things for me and always perfect...I think he thinks I'm nuts, but don't care...every pair of glasses is made to perfection and he will adjust them anytime I want....I seem to sit on mine al lot and he never seems to mind "reshaping" them. He'll always be my optician!

  Great Dr. and friendly people, but the place is a total rip-off. I walked in with a coupon from their website, buy the first pair, get the second pair free and $150 off your bill. Can't get better right??? By the time they figured up the bill it was over $1200 out of pocket AND I have insurance. They kept saying that their sale would get me a better deal than using my insurance. I had used them before and like them, but they are not the same company. Needless to say, I walked out without ordering glasses. It was a waste of time.
