  This dental office is extremely disappointing. It’s located in a very dangerous area near MacArthur Park, surrounded by a full of homeless. The door is always locked inside, and you have to knock every time you in-out. Allow phone calls only in outside the building, and they lock the door from the inside due to security. The front desk staff was rude and didn’t even see me when I walked in, it seemed I am homeless on the street.The interior was not clean and old, and the service was rude enough that I decided to leave immediately. I dont want to visit this office again. After reading so may negative reviews, I’m not surprised why so may patients are mad and humiliated here. I’m relieved they didn’t end up working on my teeth. Unprofessional staff and an unsafe environment—definitely not recommended!!!

  Update! Absolutely love this team! My kids are all going to Mission Dental from L.A to Venice they travel to Downey . Best care, expertise, and just love Dr Jeong and his staff! Dr. Jeong works fast, gentle, and very welcoming. His staff is very nice. Busy front desk but the ladies are always efficient and polite. I go in for a cleaning every 3 months due to having braces, and I'm in and out. I've only waited a short time to be seen for my appointment. Clean office as well!

  I give this Dentist a 1 star. The Dentist Wonjung Jeong will not guarantee his work after he receives his money. It's easier for him to brush you off and say you need to go to a Specialist since there is nothing he can do. My New Dentist had to replace the crown that Wonjung Jeong originally placed. My new Dentist could not believe the poor work he did for me. Stay away from this Dentist since we will not guarantee his work.
