B) opened in 2021, and will houses both behavioral health and medical specialties, located conveniently next to the Arkansas Center for Surgical Excellence. Evolve Behavioral Health and Medication Management is located here with both LCSW therapists and a psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP). Healthy Connections, Inc (HCI) is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Healthy Connections, Inc. provides medical, dental, and social services to residents of all ages in Western Arkansas regardless of ability to pay. Healthy Connections has discounted services for uninsured or underinsured persons for those who qualify, and low cost preventative care.
