- NBNatalie BernMar 11, 20241.0Save your money. Colleen only cares about taking your money. My son had an appointment today (Monday) which I was charged for. They require a 24 hour notice, which I was not aware of. Oh wait, they aren’t open on Sunday so you obviously cannot give a 24 hour notice…my son is 17 so I am not allowed to do anything with the therapist, my 17 year old didn’t read your signs about the 24 hour notice? Doesn’t matter. I have 10$ in my account now. She does not care because that 130$ benefits her pocket. Colleen has made no effort to work with us or to help my son. And he’s in crisis but you want to do a “telehealth” appointment, and not give him a referral to a psychiatrist. Thanks Colleen, I’m sure that $130 will be put to good use doing absolutely nothing. Meanwhile we will enjoy living off 10$ this week. Thank you.
