I tried some on etc. Then then true professional showed up. Talk about real customer service. She wait a minute Mr Johnston didn’t uou say you bought those here right. Well I had and BAMMO it was under warranty. So of course she could have stopped there right. But Christina and Aliza immediately took the time to dig through the drawers of frames to see if they had the exact matching frames in stock. And literally they didn’t give up. They a good amount of time looking. Thank goodness it wasn’t busy because once again BAMMO Aliza found the only pair. I thought I had to have the same pair for the warranty. NOPE my savior Christina took my old broken glasses and popped the old lens into the frames. So in the end I was prepared to be blind for 2 weeks waiting for the new ones. I wanted to leave this review because both of these guys went the extra “10 MILES” to help me. This is why I am a loyal Stanton customer. These employees should get a little extra recognition for taking the high road for a customer. I love them and this store. WAY TO GO STANTON!!!!!!
- LMLauraMichelle MedoneDec 1, 20251.0Worst experience ever! The person who took care of me stated she was the asst. manager. Had the test and selected frames reasonably priced. She went into long explanation why those frames would not work and sold me different ones at a higher price. When glasses came it the script was wrong. I had to go back 3 times before they finally redid the eye exam. When glasses came in with new script, they were still not working. I had purchased one pair but ended up returning them with a refund. The second pair was still bad but I was out over $1000.00 so now I have to keep them. They hurt my nose and ears and give me headaches. I can’t say a single good thing about them. I will NEVER go back to this place again!
