I landed here trying to find something affordable because my daughter needed new glasses and our insurance was not yet active and I was paying out of pocket. They told us the doctor (who does the eye exam thru a video call) could not come up with a prescription for her, yet they still wanted to charge me for the exam even though they said nothing about why they could not come up with a prescription or what was wrong with her eyes. The person who helped us said maybe if you guys had came earlier we would have had time to explain things, right now is busy and I don't have time to explain things throughly. Definitely do not recommend this place. Just go elsewhere where the doctor cares enough to be physically present and the staff is more professional.

- ALAngela LewisSep 13, 20251.0Lied about when glasses would be done and No real eye dr on site. I went in Wednesday and got my eyes checked. After getting my examination via video chat I chose glasses and was assured they would be done by Thursday or Friday at the latest and instead when I called no one picks up the phone. I leave a voicemail for a callback and nothing. I wait on hold after being transferred out of the store line that was ignored and I'm told it will be a solid week. Three days and so many calls later I'm still being ignored. I will never go back.
- JFJoseph FugateAug 26, 20251.0I understand going in as a walk in can be difficult evem when its a keeping advertised. I went in there and all workers were in the back not minding the store. I eventually went to the back and knocked on the door to get the employees attention which startled them. They then came to the front to see what I was there for. I let them know amd they told me they were completely booked up for the morning. There was not one person customer wise there. I looked for a different place while sitting in the car for 30 to 45 minutes and not one person showed up to their booked morning.
