The glasses appear to be quality when I tried them on. Ended up going to purchase at Costco. But if I hadn’t… she was who had my business. And I have been using somewhere around the corner for the last several years. And Carol is so much more affordable!!! Comparable to what I got at Costco… legit! Call Carol and buy if you need a one stop shop for your vision screen (I did get this and wow!!!). Better than easy breezy Cover Girl! 😂
- DRDustie ReneeOct 18, 20252.0My husband and I went to a consultation for lens replacement surgery. They suggested we get fitted for mono vision contacts before we decided to have our lenses permanently replaced for 1 eye to see close up and the other far away. Neither of us have worn contacts. We were able to book an appointment on the same day and they were very nice BUT… they immediately had us sign a waiver acknowledging the visit would be virtual with the Optometrist…. Yet the mysterious wizard of eyes remained behind the curtain! The prescription was done behind the scenes, they plopped the contacts in front of us and watched us struggle to get them in our eyes (which only happened after I FaceTimed my daughter for assistance). They didn’t make sure we could get them out or give us a case to put them in if we were lucky enough to get them out (we asked for one before we left). There was no vision check before we left to make sure we were prescribed correctly and adjusting to the mono vision lenses, just 2 employees wearing white coats like they are doctors, but in reality they are 100% sales. Not the place to go if you have no idea what your prescription should be and have never worn contacts. Guess I should go somewhere else to make sure I’m fitted correctly before I pickup the 3 month supply I had to purchase to get the discounted exam price that is “affiliated with my insurance”…But not really. If you know what you need and don’t need to talk to a Dr. this place will hook you up the same day you call.

There is a great selection of glasses to try on and handy to tray to use for my selected frames. I didn't feel like a burden when I tried on so many frames. The staff was obliging in putting back frames I forget went and they continued to show me the prices of the frames. The office space clean and smelled clean as well. The staff also wiped down the optical equipment in front of me to guarantee the cleanliness/disinfection. For my first time visit, this place gains 5 starts for service, staff and cleanliness.
