- JWJ WoodsAug 18, 20252.0Not impressed with this company. I help take care of my 84 year old neighbor who fell. I am listed as a contact because my neighbor doesn't remember things--including her meds. She was supposed to have physical therapy, but no one keeps appointments. Check in phone calls with a nurse whom my neighbor said "was rude." There is one nurse who comes to the home who was terrific, but other than that it seems like the company is milking social security w/o proper accountability.

She has been as much help to me as him. The aide, Quanesha, or Q as we call her, has provided much needed assistance with showering, dressing and personal hygiene for my husband. Q is kind, professional and efficient. My husband says he feels secure when she is working with him. We would recommend both of them to everyone in need of Home Health or Hospice care.

Clinicians excellent—keeping appointments,, professional attire & texting to provide ETA. I had to fire them after 4 weeks of inconsistent service & general frustration with their lack of concern for my loved one.
